It is well maintained, and tastefully decorated throughout the home with wonderful spaces in which to gather inside or out. The Parlor is light, airy, which flows to the dining room, and into the newly updated kitchen, and a full bath. There is a lovely screen porch as well, a side yard with extra seating, patio, and a gas grill. The second story leads to three bedrooms, a Master King, with a beautiful, covered balcony, two additional bedrooms, one Queen, and one Full, which all share the guest half bath. Sit in the morning on the wonderful front porch, enjoying morning coffee, read a book, or just enjoy watching the world go by. It's an easy stroll to the Tabernacle, Trinity Park, Circuit Ave, harbor, Ocean Park, beaches, ferry, restaurants, shops, and still much more.
