Upon entering this lovely home, you are welcomed by a light-filled foyer, which leads to an open floor plan, living, dining and kitchen. Living room has sofa seating, a gas wall mounted fireplace, tv and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which leads to the extended end-to-end back deck, patio and large heated pool.
Continuing through, is the designer's kitchen and dining area. It is a well-equipped kitchen with a large breakfast bar/prep area. There is seating for 6 at the dining table and 4 at the breakfast bar.
Also, is the Master King En-suite, double vanity, soaking tub, and walk in shower. Master has its own private access to the backyard and pool area.
There are 4 bedrooms on the second floor. Two Master King en-suites, with walk in showers. The two other bedrooms are a double with trundle and twin with two beds, both share the guest bathroom.
The finished lower level is the entertainment area, with 2 TV's, one of which one includes gaming, a full bathroom, foosball table, exercise room, a lounging bar and seating to enjoy with family and friends at the end of the day.
