Enjoy the view, summer breezes, and people watching from the wrap-around porch.
The living room is appointed with a beautiful floor-to-ceiling field stone fireplace, comfortable seating and a corner bench, duplicates, of which you'll find here and there, throughout the house. The semi-open plan leads to a dining table for eight and dual entrances to the modern kitchen.
The first floor has multiple entrances from the porch,separate entrance to the kitchen and Queen Primary En-suite with walk-in shower."Very-Vineyard" outdoor shower is accessible at the rear of the porch by its designated stairway.
Heating/cooling splits throughout keep you comfortable. Wooden floors grace the entire house and the second story is attained by either the front or rear staircase.
A second Primary King En-suite with a handheld shower, a claw foot tub, a lingering status symbol of the Victorian age. Leading from the bedroom is an open sitting room containing the laundry area with yet another tiny sitting/reading room with a Peek-A-Boo water view.
At the top of the front staircase, a sliding door opens into a 2-bedroom suite that shares a one-step up charming bathroom with walk-in shower. One bedroom has a full bed and windows on three sides, with water views. The other bedroom sports 2 twin Beds.
Just a short distance to Circuit Ave where you’ll find night life and shopping. Oak Bluffs is such an enchanting town with gingerbread cottages and beautiful Victorian home that circles Famous Ocean Park.
This house is simply charming with the traditional wrap around porch for entertaining and lounging and making Vineyard memories that are unforgettable.
